Welcome to Nosh Nerd! This site has been in process in one way or another for a few years. It’s a tiny seedling of a dream that is slowing growing due to encouragement from friends and family who keep telling me “write down the recipes already!”

Beyond recipes, you’ll find posts about fitness(running, hiking, gymming – that’s a word right?), self-care(rolling, self-massage, etc), and books(because why not?). I am working on creating sustainable fitness habits to carry me through this busy phase of life while I juggle school, running a business, and life.
